Food wise Breakfast was very good however we came down at 9.15 and were not greeted by a soul. We were left to our own devises. We were the only ones at breakfast at this time although it was clear there had been. There was a very young male member of staff who did not appear to know what to do. He did not engage us at all nor make eye contact but ignored us. We thought this was strange and definitely some training is required as he was the only visible member of staff

In general good American-style hotel, with decent size rooms and friendly, helpful staff. Decent size pool and variety of saunas.

A very comfortable modern hotel on a golf course on the edge of town with spa, pool and sunny terrace. The rooms are a good size and very comfortable with super comfy beds and everything you need to take advantage of the spa. The public areas are very chic and the bar with its extensive terrace overlooking the golf course is a real focal point. The spa has pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi as well as treatment rooms. Restaurant also has a terrace and views of the golf course and the breakfast was excellent. Staff are very friendly and helpful and make a stay as comfortable as possible. Overall superb value, I will return.

We stayed here at the start of our journey south, after arriving in France at Eurotunnel - the hotel is easy to find and a short distance from the autoroute. The spa (swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room) was superb and a treat to use after a very long day's journey from northern England. The room had everything we needed - very comfortable and well-equipped. We arrived on a Sunday when the restaurant was closed, but the bar's cold platters were an excellent substitute. Excellent buffet breakfast - everything you wanted readily available. The hotel was immaculately clean, and all the staff were very courteous and helpful. The hotel is in a very well-off suburb of Arras, adjacent to the golf course. We would definitely be happy to stay there again and recommend to others.

We had booked a city view room but upon arrival received an upgrade for free to the balcony golf course view. This was really appreciated and the room was super clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good! The golf course view was fabulous. Good air con and TV in the room. The bathroom (room 26) was perfect.

The Spa facility was fantastic. The staff were very helpful it was absolutely a bonus that the spa facility was open till late in the evening which we very much enjoyed using the spa facility. The only downside. I wish there was a water dispenser closer to the sauna area. To have a quick drink of water rather than going out to the Spa reception to request which the staff were absolutely helpful and fantastic, but I would’ve preferred not to leave that particular facility for that. Everything : the staff , the room is gorgeous, Breakfast is wonderful. The terrace is superb. The bar as well. A great place.. I return again and again.

From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome. All the staff we spoke to which included -reception, bar staff, restaurant staff and literally anyone who was employed at this hotel was absolutely brilliant. The restaurant was amazing and the food was delicious. Our room was immaculate and very comfortable. This hotel was booked as a stopover on our way back from Spain and exceeded all our expectations and we would have loved to stayed longer and experience all the area and hotel had to offer. We are now planning a return visit to Arras and specifically this hotel.

We stayed here after a long drive through England and the euro tunnel. Exactly the kind of comfort we needed for a first two nights before going south. Lovely suite with private terrace where we sat with our wine and food. Easy access to outside from which was handy for walking our dog. Lots of space, storage, little fridge, huge bathroom. Worked for us with our teenager. Quiet and serene during the two days with very friendly staff. The breakfast was plentiful in bright dining room/sunny terrace. Making sure it’s our last stop on return journey. Can’t say enough.

The hotel was very nice and clean. The restaurant at the facility was great! Everyone was very professional and helpful. I stayed 2 weeks and I enjoyed it.. I was worried about the language issue, but there is always someone from the staff willing to help out. The manager was super nice and made sure to introduce himself and make you feel welcome.
